I, along side my husband have been in the Real Estate business for about 17 years. We were both raised in military families and have a wonderful daughter. My husband, Chris Anderson of Anderson Homes Inc. has been building homes in this and the surrounding areas for quite some time now. We Pride ourselves through our clients, customers and friends. With them we have become successful in serving our community.

Hello, My name is William LEe Cox, but most people know me simply as Bill. I am a member of the Coldwell Banker Success Realty team. I have lived the majority of my life in Hardin County, both during and after my retirement from the Army.
I was assigned to Ft. Knox the first time after returning from Germany. I soon became a home owner in Elizabethtown, commuting to Ft. Knox daily. When I was ordered to Japan, my family remained in E-town . I was fortunate to be assigned back to Knox after completion of my Japan tour and was able to resume my commuting.
Several years later I was ordered to Korea for a year. Once again I returned to Knox and home. This time it was time to retire.
After retirement, I continued to live and work in Hardin County, simply because I consider it the best place to own property and raise a family.
I received my Real Estate License shortly after my retirement. At first I only worked real estate part time while running another business. I now consider Real Estate my full time and my only business. Therefore, I am able to give my full attention to my client. Whether you are considering buying a home or selling your existing home I would like to be your REALTOR. I have the experience. I am familiar with Ft. Knox as well as the special needs of the military and I also know Hardin County, its communities, its churches, its schools. I also know the bordering counties and communities.
